Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced in chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 3/4 cup oat milk 
  • 1/4 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and run until completely smooth.

Notes

  • Use any milk or milk alternative in place of the oat milk
  • The honey is optional, but I think this smoothie is perfectly sweet.
