This festive Halloween snack mix is such a crowd-pleaser! It’s definitely a treat, but has some fiber, protein and healthy fats to balance out the sugar too. A great way to use up any leftover candy after the holiday too.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups popcorn (lightly salted, no flavorings)
  • 1 cup honey roasted cashews
  • 1 cup unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup apple chips
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut chips
  • 1 cup graham crackers (see notes)
  • 1 cup peanut butter m&ms (bonus if they’re the festive colors!)
  • 1 cup candy corn or “harvest mix” (which also has the pumpkins)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss until well combined.

  • Those cute little diamond-shaped graham crackers are the Simple Mills honey cinnamon sweet thins and they work so well here! If you can’t find them, try Annie’s graham cracker bunnies or break up regular graham cracker sheets into smaller pieces.
