Pineapple Cilantro Margarita

This pineapple cilantro margarita is fresh and not overly sweet. It comes together fast but tastes like a restaurant-quality cocktail.

  • Simple syrup is a cinch to make! Just combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and heat/stir until dissolved. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator for using in cocktails, coffee, etc. If you want to get a little fancy, add a sliced jalapeño to infuse some extra heat.
  • I used this pineapple juice and thought it was excellent!
