This pineapple cilantro margarita is fresh and not overly sweet. It comes together fast but tastes like a restaurant-quality cocktail.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 shot (1.5 ounces) tequila
  • 1 shot (1.5 ounces) pineapple juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeño simple syrup 
  • 10 cilantro leaves
  • 23 jalapeño slices

Instructions

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass and dip in salt.
  2. Fill a mason jar with ice and add all ingredients. Cover with lid and shake well. Pour into your salt-rimmed glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
