Brown sugar cinnamon syrup: Heat 1/2 cup each brown sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium low until dissolved. Add 2-3 cinnamon sticks and let stand until cool. Remove cinnamon sticks before transferring to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up for 2 weeks. Use in cocktails, mocktails or coffee/lattes!
