The perfect sipper for upcoming holiday parties! I can’t get enough of this vibrant, big-flavor pomegranate ginger beer mocktail. It brings together all of the best seasonal flavors and is simply stunning.
I love a good mocktail over the holidays! It feels so festive when you get fancy with something besides another bubbly water. I know many of you can’t or choose not to partake in alcohol for various reasons so I always like coming up with a fun n/a option.
This one leans on the rich flavor of pomegranate juice, which has red wine like qualities! I shake it up with some brown sugar cinnamon syrup and fresh orange juice before topping with just a splash of spicy ginger beer for bubbles. It truly makes you feel like the holidays have arrived!
You could also serve this in a copper mug for more of a moscow mule vibe, but I love showing off the gorgeous colors with a glass.

You absolutely can to still get the carbonation if it’s all you have, but you’ll miss a little bit of the spicy flavor which I think works really well here. Ginger beer is really easy to find now. You can usually get it at Target and most grocery stores.
I do! Check it out here. I also love using these for Christmas decor, gift wrapping, and stovetop potpourri. They’re really fun and simple to make!
I’ll definitely be bringing this one to Thanksgiving dinner this year. Let me know if you give it a try by leaving a comment and star rating below!
