This 4 ingredient guacamole is simple and perfect. Serve it as an appetizer with tortilla chips, or as a side dish with your favorite Mexican meals.

  • 4 medium avocados, peeled, pitted & diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • kosher salt, to taste


  1. Add avocado, lime juice and cilantro to a medium bowl and use a fork to mash lightly, leaving some larger chunks of avocado intact. Season with salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
