This blackberry strawberry banana smoothie is the ultimate summer combo. Using a mixture of fresh and frozen fruit gives the best consistency and flavor. And the color is simply gorgeous!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh (chopped) strawberries
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain, whole milk Greek-style yogurt 
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened soy milk 
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove the blackberry seeds (optional but recommended).
