Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned roll oats
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
1/3 cup dried blueberries
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor except the blueberries and pulse until well combined. Stir in the blueberries.
Use a cookie scoop to portion into 1.5 tablespoon balls and place on a parchment-lined plate. Refrigerate 15 minutes, then roll between your palms.
Store in the refrigerator and eat within one week. You can also freeze for up to one month!
