Break out the pumpkin spice, fall is here! I love this homemade iced pumpkin spiced latte infused with my scratch-made syrup. It’s not too sweet and hits all of those cozy flavor notes. Perfectly refreshing and much more economical than buying from your local coffee shop!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 shots espresso or strongly brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 23 tablespoons homemade pumpkin spice syrup (per preference for sweetness level)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk (or other milk of choice)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add espresso, syrup and milk. Stir until combined.

  • If you don’t have an espresso maker at home, you can try instant espresso in a pinch. I also sometimes make a strong cup of coffee and let it cool slightly before using in this.
