Yes! Each dinner recipe includes suggestions for how to make the recipe gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian.

The option described here is a one-time download that includes all four weeks of recipes and associated resources. The live option includes weekly emails from me with a plan and shopping list for the following week. The information is the same, the delivery is different.
