  • 4 pieces mini naan bread (or other store-bought flatbread)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 red pear
  • 2 ounces prosciutto
  • 2 ounces gorgonzola cheese crumbles
  • 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • optional: balsamic glaze

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pour olive oil into a small dish and mix in the grated garlic and black pepper.
  3. Move the flatbread to the sheet pan and brush with the garlic pepper olive oil. Layer with the remaining toppings.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing. Finish with a drizzle of the balsamic glaze if using.

  • For the naan I used Stonefire brand, which I got in a big pack from Costco. I keep it in the freezer until I need it! If you can’t find the smaller size, use all of these ingredients to make two bigger flatbreads instead of four small.
