  • 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 small frozen banana (or half a large)
  • 56 frozen strawberries (about 1 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • optional: cinnamon


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
