I often get questions about my favorite food spots in Denver. I decided to put together a Denver Restaurant Guide as an easy reference for visitors! These are the places that I tend to recommend most often.
Breakfast/Brunch

- Waffle Brothers (casual, order at the counter style spot serving delicious waffles with fun toppings and outdoor seating)
Coffee
- Nixon’s (great coffee + kombucha on tap)
- Stella’s Gourmet (grab an espresso after dinner on South Pearl, then sit by the fire pits outside and soak up the great atmosphere.)
- Thump (awesome food menu, I recommend the iced latte)
- Carbon Cafe & Bar (coffee by day, cocktails by night. Try the cinnamon roll!)
- Hoja (worth a trip for the iced cafe de olla, totally gram worthy)
Lunch
- Brider (great sandwiches, salads, coffee & beer list)
- Pho 95 (the broth is insanely flavorful and it’s enough to last 2-3 meals)
- Vert Kitchen (super cute space and seasonal menu; very small with limited seating)
- Denver Central Market (I love the salads from Green Seed Market)
- Chook Chicken (fresh and interesting menu including plenty of veg-heavy sides to go with their delicious chicken entrees)
