My seasonal meal plans are back! This post will go into detail about the most frequently asked questions such as: how much do the plans cost? What’s included? What type of recipes will be featured? What if I have special dietary needs? plus more…

Oh, meal planning.
Everyone has to do it at some level and I’ve heard enough from my readers to know that most of you do not enjoy this time-consuming and often monotonous task.
I (weirdly) enjoy finding new recipes and strategically grouping them together so it all makes sense in one, cohesive plan. But I still struggle with it at times! It just gets old sometimes.
Back in 2023 I had an idea: what if I shared my meal plans with my community and not only pulled from my website recipes but came up with totally new and never-before-published recipes too? The idea caught on and after awhile I had a loyal following that I now refer to as my meal planning cohort.
Well I’m excited to announce we’re launching a new set of plans and recipes this fall, starting September 4th! For just $9/week you can get a plan and all included resources sent straight to your inbox on every Friday in the month of September.
For those of you who are new to all of this, I wanted to write one comprehensive post that answers all of the most common questions.
What type of recipes do you choose?
โMy usual healthyish, family-friendly meals, similar to what you’ll find here on this website. Heavy on seasonal vegetables, a variety of protein, grains, beans/lentils. We especially love soups (when the weather is right), tacos and pasta.
Each week I include four dinners, typically one recipe in each of these categories: fish/seafood, beef, chicken/poultry and vegetarian.
I also include one homemade snack (like a muffin or oatmeal ball) and one smoothie recipe and add all necessary ingredients to the shopping list so you’ll have something new and nourishing available.
Here are a few of the upcoming dinner recipes!

How long do the meals take to prepare?
New this time around: all of the dinner recipes take 30 minutes or less! I have two small kids at home and these are the meals I cook in my own kitchen. I intentionally created them to be very weeknight-friendly. There will even be some 15-20 minute recipes. And the included weekend prep guide will help you save even more time during the week.
Are there options for gluten-free?
Yes! โEvery dinner recipe has subs for dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian as needed. Many recipes already fit some or all of these.
Snack, dinner, smoothie… those flour-free cookies were a massive hit in my house!

What if I have travel or other events planned during this time? Do I have to follow the plans as written?
โNo you don’t! The plans are delivered as a PDF in a weekly email. Even if you can’t use them on time each week, you’ll still have access to them later (which would actually be helpful once you return from a trip). I purposely provide four dinner recipes each week to leave room for eating out, special events, etc. So there is plenty of room for flexibility!
Will the recipes be new this time around or will you re-use recipes from previous plans?
All new recipes this time around! Some may be similar to previous recipes that were loved, but with a new twist.
What is the cost to sign up for the meal plans?
A one-time fee of $36 will get you all four weeks of plans. No recurring fees or subscriptions that you have to remember to cancel! Once you sign-up, you’ll hear from me about next steps.
